Yoga is mindful movement. We move through our days creating patterns in the body that do not always serve us. Yoga is simply time and space to pay attention to the breath & body, let go of unhelpful patterns, and create more healthy patterns. Yoga classes involve working with your own body & breath to find ease, strength, and balance that you can incorporate into your daily life.
Mobility + Strength classes incorporate strength and length in the body through yoga postures, strength training, and Functional Range Conditioning.
