Recovery, Strength & Injury Prevention

SCHEDULE An Appointment
Medical Massage Therapy is the use of a manual manipulation to create greater health and wellness. The human body is an intricate web of bones, muscles, fascia, and more. Pain or lack of mobility is the result of imbalances in activation & relaxation of the systems. Massage therapy aims to find these imbalances and guide the body to more helpful patterns.

Virginia specializes in rehabilitation & creating functional patterns of relaxation & activation in the body.  Virginia’s sessions may include massage therapy, functional movement training, rehabilitation exercises, stretching, education on self myofascial release, and gait analysis.  Virginia incorporates an extensive depth of knowledge, modalities, and experience to create individualized sessions that get to the root of the imbalances, release unhelpful patterns, and retrain the brain & body to use proper activation patterns for less pain and greater mobility.
