Methodology I blend my interest in human anatomy and physiology with more awareness based practices of yoga and psychology to create individualized sessions focused on rehabilitation and optimal performance. I am not satisfied by a surface answer, but by finding the why underneath. I am a lover of functional things, problem solving, making things better, and doing hard work for effective long lasting changes. I have experience and specific training in orthopedic & sports rehab, prenatal and postpartum care, children with special needs, and trauma sensitive populations. I believe movement and bodywork has a tremendous effect on mental health, the two being inseparable. As a yoga teacher, I focus on alignment, breath, and moving in a more functional way both inside and out of class. I teach people how to be a scientist of the body and mind, noticing and making changes for a strong, easeful, and more balanced life. Movement helps us progress physically and mentally when done mindfully. MOVE TO HEAL
