Methodology Intelligent movement + perseverance = less pain, more mobility, and reaching your potential. I blend an in depth knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology with innovative exercise and manual therapy approaches to decrease pain and increase mobility. I understand movement and rehabilitation not just though education, but also through my experience as an athlete. I am not satisfied by a surface answer, but by finding the why underneath. I appreciate functional things, problem solving, making things better, and doing hard work for effective long lasting changes. Mindset and focus is important in rehabilitation and optimal performance. I have studied mindfulness meditation, psychology and resilience training and use these approaches to help people tap into the mental skills needed to move better. I have experience and specific training in orthopedic & sports rehab, prenatal and postpartum care, children with special needs, and trauma sensitive populations. I teach people how to be a scientist of the body and mind, noticing and making changes for a stronger, healthier, more vibrant life. I am always learning and sharing new approaches to better health and functional movement. I enjoy coaching and am inspired by seeing people make changes and progress.
